Hampton Inn Washington-Dulles Int'l Airport South

There are many positives about this hotel. The service was nice and the rooms comfortable. The shuttle to and from the airport was great. But the hotel is undergoing renovations which makes it inconvenient for noise, breakfast accommodations, and elevator use. It will be fantastic once the renovation is complete.

Great stay!! The whole staff was so helpful and friendly.. breakfast was great, you even got an option of what kind of waffles you would like regular or blueberry .. Since we didn't have a car they suggested for us to see the air and space Smithsonian which was close by and took shuttle took us there, had a great time!! Yes they are have some construction but it was well worth it! Definitely staying here again!! Thank you again Rebecca and the shuttle drives y'all were amazing!!

The staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean. Large and accommodating. Had a microwave and a mini fridge. Worked great for my long stay.

This hotel is it good hotel, definitely feel safe and it's in a good area. It is close to the Dulles expo, and also a lot of restaurants nearby and not too far from the airport. The only thing I was a little disappointed on was the breakfast. The potatoes weren't cooked all the way and the sausage links just looked sad, and the oatmeal was average. But other than that the staff was nice, and Jeseka was very helping and making sure that I had a wonderful stay

I booked for 3 days and loved it. All the staff are very friendly and attentive. I especially loved the lady who serves breakfast; she was so smiley, sweet, and helpful. On my second day stay had to request a clean service, for my room. the housekeeper was very good, and careful. I highly recommend this place

Was placed here since our connecting flight was missed due to delay. They went above expectations to help us. Took us & picked up from a place to eat. Had a bag breakfast for us since we had to leave before their's started. Bed was very comfortable & room very nice & really clean.

Kyle Coyner was incredibly kind and welcoming at the front desk. He helped me as much as he possibly could and gave me super detailed information—more than what I usually receive. He was genuinely happy and upbeat, and with that positive attitude he took the time to guide me step by step through what I might need. He even asked if I understood everything and made sure I truly did before we finished. Overall, I felt really good being helped by him—1000/10 employee.

I did not like Ben’s attitude. That is honestly the main reason that I gave four stars instead of five. They were doing some construction during my sake, the construction guys were very friendly, and it really did not impede our stay. It was a bit loud during the day, but we weren’t at the hotel for most of it so that was fine. The room was very clean, and very spacious. I could tell it was recently updated. There are plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, whatever we needed. The beds were very comfortable too. Very good price for what we were getting. It was also very easy to extend my stay online before we got there. There are supposed to be ice machines on every floor, there are not! Only floors three and five, which they don’t tell you when you check in. I don’t understand the point in the “24/7 text service” if there isn’t actually somebody available that often. The breakfasts were terrible, definitely not a highlight. However, they do have an area downstairs for snacks and beverages that is open all the time. The water was a surprisingly good price. The location was also perfect for us. It was about eight minutes away from the King Spa down the road, which was the entire purpose of our trip. Not more than 15 minutes away from good food or activities. When we come back to stay in the area, I will definitely be checking availability here first.
